Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of our pre-order, all sales will be final. If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to be refunded, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I get my order?
Once pre-orders are sold out we will begin production. Production will take 8 weeks and we will work to get all orders fulfilled by December 2025. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What happens if pre-orders don't get fulfilled?
If we do not hit our pre-order threshold, then all orders will be 100% refunded in full.
